Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:LVLT) says it has expanded its network by adding points-of-presence (PoPs) in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and Zagreb, Croatia. The new PoPs will provide access to Level 3’s global network and its IP-based communications services.
