Orckit-Corrigent unveils CM-401x PTN access product line

Orckit-Corrigent Ltd. (Nasdaq:ORCT) has expanded its packet transport offerings with the introduction of its CM-401x PTN access product line. The portfolio includes the CM-4011, CM-4012, and CM-4013 platforms, which are targeted at mobile backhaul and enterprise multiservice CLE and pre-aggregation.

The systems offer 14 Gbps full-duplex non-blocking switch capacity, in 1RU of space. They offer a mix of Ethernet, PDH, and SDH interfaces to provide packet transport end to end.

Orckit-Corrigent asserts the CM-401x PTN feature set includes:Dual stack IP/MPLS and MPLS-TPPDH and SDH circuit emulation over packetFull support for MEF based Ethernet servicesPacket synchronization, including Synchronous Ethernet and 1588v2SDH/Ethernet/MPLS/MPLS-TP OAMSub 50-ms protection and restorationHard quality of service (QoS)Minimized power consumption

The systems are fully managed by the company’s CM-View Network Management System as well.
