EMCORE Corporation (NASDAQ: EMKR), a leading provider of compound semiconductor-based components, subsystems, and systems for the fiber optics and solar power markets, today announced that the Company's management will speak at two upcoming investor conferences, including the 13th Annual Needham Growth Conference on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 11:20am ET and at the Jefferies Global Clean Technology Conference on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 with a presentation time to be determined.

Both conferences are located at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
