Appointment of New Vice President of Operations

The addition of Michael in this position will further facilitate Integra Networks' rapid growth and support the company's commitment to delivering fresh, creative and innovative products.

Michael brings an impressive list of credentials to Integra Networks, including his most recent experience as Director of Technical Operations at Time Warner's regional corporate headquarters and datacenter in North Carolina. He has also held leadership positions at a number of other large telecommunication service provider companies, such as Mid-Hudson Communications and Fairpoint Communications, accumulating well over thirteen years of network operations and telecommunications management experience.

Michael is well-versed in the Information Technology and Telecom industries, specializing in the areas of operations, engineering and development. As an integral part of Integra Networks' senior management team, Michael directly manages the Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering and Logistics departments. He is responsible for overseeing and managing all manufacturing and production functions for the company, including material purchasing, inventory management, quality control, shipping and receiving and vendor relations.

In addition, he will administer the facility expansion plans developed to keep pace with the increase in company forecasted sales and revenues.
